[Bmi776] next reading assignment for 776

This is mainly a test of the class mailing list for 776,
but the next reading assignment is
 - the Salzberg et al. paper
 - section 3.4 of Durbin et al.
 - the Burge and Karlin paper
Both papers are available from the class web site.

We'll start covering the Salzberg paper on Thursday.  We probably
won't get to the Burge paper until next week.  Section 3.4 of
Durbin has some background material that will be useful for our
discussion of Burge.
