[Bmi776] lecture notes, reading assignment

Hi All,

1) I've updated the course page with all of
the RNA lecture notes.  I broke the PDF file
into three parts because it was quite large.
Sorry about being late with these.

2) I've added pointers to the first two
text-mining papers I'd like you to read.
Although the first one (Shatkay & Feldman)
is rather long, you don't need to read it
real carefully.  I've assigned it because
it gives a pretty reasonable overview of
some key bio-text mining problems.
