[BMI776] Small typo in inside algorithm

Hi all,

It turns out that the textbook has a small error in its specification  
of the inside algorithm (p. 254).  In the line starting with  
"Iteration:", the loop for i should be from L - 1 down to 1 instead  
of from 1 to L - 1.  The slides for lecture 22 also contained this  
error.  I have corrected the slides online.  Thanks to Houssam for  
pointing this out.
