[BMI776] Readings for Thursday and HW 2

Hi class,

I have posted the readings for Thursday's lecture.  We will start on  
motif finding after a derivation of Felsenstein's algorithm from the  
general sum-product algorithm.

Also, I'll go ahead extend the due date for HW 2 to Tuesday, February  
19th.  That way you can ask questions about it during class on  
Thursday and still have time to change things around.
